Tong Yuping (Vice President)
Tong Yuping, female, Mongolian ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), was born in August 1975 and is originally from Chaoyang, Liaoning Province. She holds a doctorate degree and a professorship. She received her bachelor’s degree from Liaoning Normal University, her master’s degree from Liaoning University, and her doctorate degree from Shanghai International Studies University. She has served as Dean of the School of Foreign Languages and Dean of the School of International Education at Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. She is currently a member of the Party Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and Vice President of Shenyang Normal University.
